Lens Description

The Zuiko M.Zuiko 100-400mm F/5-6.3 IS II is a medium telephoto to super telephoto zoom designed for cameras with a 2X sensor. This variable-aperture zoom covers a 100 to 400mm focal-range. It provides the same field of view as a 200-800mm lens on a Full-Frame camera. An optical Image Stabilization System built into this lens compensates for of up to 4.5-stopsMeasured according the the CIPA Standard. of camera shake.

This 4X zoom lens focuses down to 130cm from the imaging plane, capturing subject with a maximum 0.29X magnification. The lens supports autofocus and features a switch to disengage AF for focusing manually. A built-in focus motor is used to set the focus-distance. It allowed Zuiko to optimize the motor precisely for this lens in order to maximize performance.

The lens weighs 1.125kg. Its body is weatherproof against adverse weather such as rain and snow. Seals in key areas prevent entry of water and dust.

This lens is only available for the Micro Four-Thirds mount. It directly attaches and is fully compatible with all Micro Four-Thirds mount cameras.
