The Fujifilm Fujinon XF18-55mm F/2.8-4R LM OIS is a wide to short telephoto zoom designed for cameras with a APS-C (1.5X) sensor. This bright variable-aperture zoom covers a 18 to 55mm focal-range. It provides the same field of view as a 27-82.5mm lens on a Full-Frame camera. An optical Image Stabilization System built into this lens compensates for camera shake.
This 3X zoom lens focuses down to 30cm from the imaging plane, capturing subject with a maximum 0.15X magnification. The lens offers a Quick-Shift AF system which lets the user simply rotate the focus-ring to focus manually. A built-in focus motor is used to set the focus-distance. It allowed Fujifilm to optimize the motor precisely for this lens in order to maximize performance.
The lens weighs 310g.
This lens is only available for the Fujifilm X mount. It directly attaches and is fully compatible with all Fujifilm X mount cameras.
