The Fujifilm Fujinon XF16-55mm F/2.8R LM WR II is a wide to short telephoto zoom designed for cameras with a APS-C (1.5X) sensor. This bright constant-aperture zoom covers a 16 to 55mm focal-range. It provides the same field of view as a 24-82.5mm lens on a Full-Frame camera.
This 3X zoom lens focuses down to 30cm from the imaging plane, capturing subject with a maximum 0.21X magnification. The lens can focus automtically with the Focus-Drive selected by the camera. A built-in focus motor is used to set the focus-distance. It allowed Fujifilm to optimize the motor precisely for this lens in order to maximize performance.
The lens weighs 410g. Its body is weatherproof against adverse weather such as rain and snow. Seals in key areas prevent entry of water and dust.
This lens is only available for the Fujifilm X mount. It directly attaches and is fully compatible with all Fujifilm X mount cameras.
